CDPCMS 1.3.0

Editor header like the CDP panel (664): a dark top bar with the CDPCMS version (moved out of the sidebar), “x.y.z available” when global has a newer version (checked hourly via /cms/version.json on global), an online status with a green dot that checks the connection every 30 seconds like the watcher, and the live date and time.
Second level below it: language menu (English / Deutsch with flag) and a profile button with initials and name; its menu holds My profile, Settings and Sign out.
The sidebar stays where it is. The sign-in page is unchanged.
