• Order 1190 – move existing websites into their own installation:
• cdpcms-install with `FROM_BACKEND=<backend>`: the website's pages, posts, categories, tags, media, menus, widgets, settings and module states move into the new installation (users are not copied - the first administrator is created with the setup link).
• A website that has its own installation is no longer touched by the previous one (CMS files, website frame on updates).
