CDPCMS 1.4.14

• One sitemap.xml (615): the CMS keeps its entries in content/_sitemap-cms.php. Websites with their own live sitemap (shops: pages, products, CMS pages) build sitemap.xml from it; C-Master websites get sitemap.xml written by the CMS. robots.txt points to sitemap.xml. sitemap-cms.xml is no longer written.
