Tags (595): posts get a “Tags” field in the editor (comma-separated). Every tag gets its own overview with all its posts under /tag/<tag>/ (address per website in the settings `tag_path`), linked below the post and listed in the sitemap.
Category overviews can live under their own address per website (`category_path`, e.g. /blog/category/; default /category/). The old address /category/<category>/ then forwards to the new one with 301.
Category and tag overviews are now part of sitemap.xml.
