CDPCMS 1.8.0

• CDPCCMS gets its own C-folder (779): the cookie consent script now lives in every website under /cookie/cdp-cookie.js instead of /core/assets/js/. Installing a website and every update (cdpcms:assets) keep the folder current on all connected websites. Information page: https://cdpcms.de/cookie/.
