CDPCMS 2.2.2

Loading and update indicator in the header zone (1158, Michael 15.10.2026): the status line of `cdp-busy.js` (spinner, text, running seconds, e.g. "Update running") now appears in the communication field in the middle of the white header (`[data-cdp-comm]`, CMS: `.cms-comm` in `.cms-bar`), no longer in the bottom right corner; pages without the field show it at the top centre. The green bar at the top stays. Same file for ControlDeskPanel, CDPCMS, CDPDrive and CDPTodo (version 1.2.0).
