CDPCMS 2.2.5

• Fix (1167): `cdpcms:assets` reused the variable of the CMS asset source for the cookie package, so only the first website of an installation received the new CMS files (top bar link, communication field); the others got the cookie files in `cms/assets`. The cookie source has its own variable now. Hotfix already applied on decix.
