CDPCMS 2.3.1

Order 1189 – menus and widgets from the CMS on every website:
Updater delivers the website frame (`components/`, without the cookie part) to every website of this CMS that uses the standard frame; `config/`, `content/` and the cookie banner stay untouched. Backup of each frame before, syntax check and HTTP check after; on an error everything is restored.
Open Graph: only one set of `og:` tags per page (the old second output is removed); the home page has `og:url` "/" instead of its content address.
Favicon paths follow the domain of the website (`SITE_DOMAIN`) instead of a fixed name.
