CDPCMS 2.4.0

Order 1190 – every domain its own CDPCMS (no shared installation):
cdpcms-install `<domain> <admin-email> [<web-folder>]`: own installation under `/var/lib/cdpcms/<domain>/backend` with its own MariaDB database and database user, own `.env`, own update folder and update units (`cdpcms-update@<domain>`), editor at `https://cms.<domain>/cms`; at the end the one-time setup link for the first administrator is sent by e-mail. If a step fails, everything this run created is removed again.
Updater works per installation (`cdpcms-update check|run [<installation folder>]`); settings per installation in `<folder>/update.conf`.
Setup link by e-mail: `cdpcms:install-link --mail=<address>` sends the link instead of printing it.
Paths: CMS update folder, page/ticker data and the version component use the website's own backend.
Settings instead of code (724): update channel and its access in `cdpcms.conf` (`/etc/cdpcms/cdpcms.conf` wins); requirement check (nginx, PHP 8.5, MariaDB) before installing.
